肾康灵冲剂对频复发性肾病患儿PCX表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析肾康灵冲剂对频复发性肾病(Frequent Nephrotic Syndrome,FRNS)患儿尿足细胞标志蛋白PCX表达水平的影响。方法选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院儿科门诊及病房2015年7月—2016年7月收治的60例FRNS患儿开展随机对照研究,将60例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。给予对照组单纯西药治疗,给予治疗组西药+肾康灵冲剂治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月检测两组患儿尿液PCX,并评价两组患儿的临床疗效。结果两组患儿治疗前的尿液PCX水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3个月、6个月治疗组患儿PCX水平均较对照组患儿低(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组患儿的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论肾康灵冲剂治疗小儿频复发性肾病,能够降低患儿尿足细胞标志蛋白PCX表达水平,进一步改善患儿临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenkangling Granule on the urinary papilla marker protein PCX in children with frequent recurrent Nephrotic Syndrome （FRNS）. Methods Sixty patients with FRNS were enrolled in the pediatric outpatient department and ward from July 2015 to July 2016 in the Affiliated People＇s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A randomized controlled trial was conducted. Sixty children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with western medicine alone, and the treatment group was treated with western medicine ＋ Shenkangling Granule. The levels of urine PCX were measured before and 3 months and 6 months after treatment. The clinical effcacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results There was no signifcant difference in urine PCX level between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment for 3 months and 6 months, the level of PCX in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, higher than that of the control group （80.00%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shenkangling Granule can reduce the expression of PCX in children with urinary foot cells and improve the clinical curative effect of children with recurrent renal disease.
