摘 要:目的分析急性胰腺炎规范化肠内营养护理效果。方法选择我院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的急性胰腺炎患者80例,依据护理方法差异性均分为两组。运用常规护理措施的40例患者为参照组,运用规范化肠内营养护理的40例患者为研究组,最后对两组胰腺炎患者的护理效果进行判定。结果通过对患者实施不同方法护理后,对比并发症发生率和各项生化指标,组间数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论急性胰腺炎患者实施规范化肠内营养护理,效果显著,患者各项指标改善的同时可以将并发症发生率显著降低。Objective To analyze the effect of standardized enteral nutrition nursing in acute pancreatitis. Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into two groups according to the nursing method. 40 patients with routine nursing measures were named as reference group, 40 patients with standardized enteral nutrition nursing were named as the study group. Finally, the nursing effect of the two groups of pancreatitis patients was judged. Results After the implementation of different methods of nursing, the incidence of complications and biochemical indicators were compared, the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Acute pancreatitis in patients with standardized enteral nutrition care, the effect is signifcant, the improvement of the indicators of patients at the same time can signifcantly reduce the incidence of complications.
