摘　　要：国内海洋科考领域正进入快速发展时期,新造科考船不断增多,为解决科考航次管理方式的落后、满足日益增长的科考需求,提出了面向国内所有科考船只的科考航次管理系统的设计。该系统为用户提供了科考船动向、航次计划等信息的图形化显示和编辑方式,为科考项目申请、科考交流提供了统一、安全的平台,大大提高了科考航次管理的信息化水平。As the rapid development of the Domestic marine scientific research, the new research vessels have increased. In order to solve the drawbacks of the voyage plan management and satisfy the growing requirements of the scientific research, a voyage plan management system is proposed. The system is available to all research vessels which provide a graphical display and editing method for ship trend and voyage plan management. It also provides a uniform and secure platform for the application and communication of the scientific theme. The system will significantly increase the informatization level of thevoyage plan management for scientific survey.
