摘　　要：海洋科学综合考察船功能的多样性、船载装备的复杂性、设备资料的滞后或更改还有高技术特点,都对船舶设计提出挑战,也给项目管理者带来种种不确定性,使风险因素上升。通过对项目质量、进度、资源、风险、学习、绩效的管理,掌握其中规律,使项目按预定的计划执行完成,是项目管理者追求的目标。Due to the function diversity, equipment complexity, equipment information lag or change and high technology level of oceanographic multidisciplinary research vessel, the design is challenging and the project management is uncertainty with increasedrisk factors. Through the management of project quality, schedule, resource, risk, study and performance, it is the goal of project manager to master the law and make the project carry out according to the scheduled plan.
