摘 要:针对科考船设备多、空间小、设计状态较难早期固化、更改频繁等技术难点,文中以"东方红3"号科考船三维体验平台生产设计应用实践为例,阐述了体验设计在实船应用中的研究与探索。满足了设计建造中面临的施工工艺可行性验证和设备布置合理性的应用需求。通过人机工程仿真建模技术的应用,从可达性、可操性、可维性等角度分析设计质量及建造工艺,提前发现前端设计中存在的不足;通过虚拟现实技术的应用,改善了设计人员及用户的体验度。体验设计应用不仅提高设计质量,同时也降低建造风险。Based on the application of 3D experience platform on “Dongfanghong3”research vessel, aiming at the technical difficulties of this vessel, such as large amount of equipment, small workspace, unstable design state etc., the research and exploration of practical design is expounded in this paper. The design meets the application requirements of feasibility verification and rationality during the design and construction process. The design quality and construction process are analyzed from the aspects of accessibility, operability, feasibility etc. by using man-machine engineering simulation, the deficiencies are early detected in front-end design. And the user experience has been improved through the application of virtual reality technology. The application of experience design not only improves the design quality but also reduces the risk of construction.
