摘　　要：目的分析探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺心病的临床治疗效果。方法随机抽取2016年8月~2017年6月期间72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺心病患者的病例档案,回顾实施的具体治疗措施,并观察统计经持续治疗12周后的疗效情况。结果 72例患者经12周的综合治疗后,其病况改善显著并且不良反应少,其中42例显效、28例有效、2例无效,即总疗效率为97.22%(70/72)。结论临床治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺心病时,应积极结合检查诊断结果及患者的实际病况,针对指导临床治疗方案的制定与实施,即在基础对症治疗条件下,联合无创正压通气治疗,不仅促进并发症出现率的降低,更在一定程度上提高患者的疗效,并可显著改善其预后的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary heart disease.Methods 72 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary heart disease were randomly selected from August 2016 to June 2017, the specific treatment measures were reviewed, and the curative effect after 2 weeks of continuous treatment was observed.Results Of the 72 patients, the improvement was signi？ cant and the adverse reaction was improved after 12 weeks of comprehensive treatment.Among them,42 cases were effective and 28 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 97.22% （70/72）.Conclusion The clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary heart disease should be actively combined with the diagnosis of the diagnosis and the actual condition of patients, in order to guide the development and implementation of clinical treatment programs, that is, under the basis of symptomatic treatment conditions, combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation , Not only to promote the incidence of complications decreased, but also to a certain extent, improve the ef？ cacy of patients, and can signi？ cantly improve the prognosis of quality of life.
