摘  要:生物制造是我国战略性新兴产业发展的重点领域,但生物制造过程中普遍存在着产物抑制、产物浓度低且成分复杂、废水排放量大等问题。膜分离技术应用于生物制造过程,可有效解决生物制造过程中所面临的上述问题。重点介绍了笔者研究团队将膜技术应用于绿色生物制造领域所取得的研究进展,包括高性能渗透汽化优先透醇分离膜的研制与规模化制备技术,高效旋转膜生物反应器的研制,分别实现了乙醇/丁醇发酵-渗透汽化分离耦合和乳酸发酵-旋转膜分离耦合,有效降低了产物抑制,大幅提高了发酵效率;开发了周期性换向-脉冲冲刷膜污染控制技术,成功应用于酱油等调味品的传统发酵行业,显著提高了产品品质,大幅降低了能耗和水耗。以上成果充分显示膜分离技术在绿色生物制造中有着广阔的应用前景。Biological manufacturing is the key development fi eld of China's emerging industries of strategic importance. The main problems that biological manufacturing process faces include severe product inhibition, the low product concentration, complex fermentation broth and large amount of wastewater to be processed. Application of membrane separation in the biological manufacturing can address above challenges. This paper addresses research and development work conducted by our research team in the fi eld of the application of membrane separation technology in the biological manufacturing, including developments of the large-scale preparation technology of high performance pervaporation membrane and high effi cient dynamic rotary membrane bioreactor. The applications of pervaporation separation coupled with ethanol/butanol fermentation and dynamic rotary membrane bioreactor coupled with lactic acid production greatly reduce product inhibition and significantly increase the fermentation efficiency. The successful application of periodic reversal fl ow and impulse fl ushing in the traditional food fermentation industries like soy sauce production, substantially improves the product quality and greatly reduces water and energy consumption. Those demonstrate the promising prospects of membrane separation technology in the green biological manufacturing.
