摘　　要：由于现有大功率齿轮箱试验中电功率封闭耗能高,需要电网容量大,山西平遥减速器有限公司在不改造电网和不影响正常生产的前提下,将原有的250 k W电功率封闭试验台升级成2000k W机械封闭试验台。该实验台比电封闭试验台节能一倍至三倍以上,系统安全性高,加载精度高。The existing power closed mechanical drive tester of high-power gear box required large grid capacity and high energy consumption. Under the premise of no rebuilding the grid and without prejudice to normal pro-duction ,Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Co. , Ltd. upgraded the mechanical transmission test-bed, from an original 250 kW electric closed cycle to a 2000 kW mechanical one. The new test-bed is of double to more than three times energy saving, system security and loading accuracy are better than those before.
