摘  要:针对圆盘剪刀盘滴油装置对刀盘润滑冷却清扫效果不好的问题,运用TRIZ理论对装置中存在的问题进行分析,应用物质—场问题求解策略、冲突理论和裁剪法分别对开关球阀、海绵布和流量调节球阀进行创新设计,发明了圆盘剪刀盘自动滴油装置。该装置自动化程度高,滴油量控制精确,润滑冷却清扫效果好,且避免了润滑油的浪费。In view of the lubrication cooling and cleaning effect of the trimming disc shear drop oil device is poor for the knife disk, some problems of the device were analyzed by using TRIZ theory. The switch ball valve, the regulating ball valve between sponge cloth and flow are innovative designed by using the Su-Field sol-ving strategy, conflict theory and trimming method respectively, the automatic drop oil device of trimming disc shear is invented. The device has advantages of high degree automation, precisely drop oil control, good lubri-cation cooling and cleaning effect, and the waste of lubricating oil is avoid.
