摘 要:钢管仿形飞锯机是是用于随动锯切钢管的一种专用设备,是钢管生产过程中的关键设备。目前在方管以及异型管的锯切加工过程中,锯切功率的研究不足。以300 mm×300 mm钢管的加工为例,采用ADAMS进行仿真分析,对锯切功率进行研究,给出锯切功率变化的图像,并给出锯切功率最优解,对于飞锯机的锯切加工具有指导意义。Steel tube profiling flying saw is a special equipment to saw cutting steel tube in the steel tube pro-duction process. At present, the sawing power is not enough in the sawing process of square tube and special-shaped pipe. Taking 300 mm x 300 mm steel pipe as an example, this paper calculates the cutting power by using ADAMS simulation analysis, the images of cutting power changes and the optimal solution are obtained, after optimization design, the power fluctuate lowered from 92. 43% to 59. 97% , and the efficiency is im-proved ,which provides a guiding significance in flying saw cutting.
