摘  要:为了提高耐磨环产品的合格率,采用控制图和过程能力指数等分析方法对A公司耐磨环的质量问题进行分析,使用试验设计和工业工程相关知识对耐磨环的质量问题进行改善,用Topsis评价方法评价改善方案技术的可行性。通过分析,发现耐磨环硬质合金的材料配比有问题,采用试验设计法对关键材料配比进行了划分,找到了新的材料配比,并在小范围内实施后效果明显,使用寿命和耐磨性都有提高;对耐磨环出现质量问题最多的开槽工序的过程能力进行改进,改善后开槽工序的合格率由原先的93%提升为98%,改善效果明显;本文改善的意义是采用质量管理的方法,对A公司耐磨环进行了分析和改进,使A公司耐磨环的质量得到很大的提高,提升了公司的竞争力。In order to improve the products pass rate of wearing ring, analytical methods with process capability index and control charts are used for analysis wearing ring. The hard alloy material ratio problem of wear ring is found by analyzing, key material ratio were divided by experimental design method, and then used a new mate-rial ratio, also implemented on a small scale, the result showed a good effect, service life and wear resistance are improved as well. Slotting process was improved because of largest quantity quality problems. After im-provement, the qualified products promoted from the original 93% to 98% . Through quality management meth-ods ,the quality of wearing rings be improved greatly, which enhance the competitiveness of the company A.
