摘 要:采用渣滚筒装置可以高效处理炼钢炉渣,处理过程节能和环保,其主体结构渣滚筒是一个复杂空间结构。在渣处理过程中,受到经由热对流、热辐射和热传导形成的温度载荷的作用,引起的结构磨损和变形大大高于机械载荷的作用。该文采用三维非线性有限元方法并辅以实测温度场数据,分析得到了渣滚筒温度场和热应力场的精确分布,计算分析结果可用于指导渣滚筒的运行和使用安全,并为结构强度评估优化设计提供可靠的理论依据。The treating process of steelmaking slag by using the setup of slag processing drum is of high effi-ciency ,energy conservation and environmental protection. The slag processing drum is a complicated dimen-sional structure, subjected to the thermal loading which is formed by thermal convection, radiation and conduc-tion, and the thermal load induced structural wear and deformation is severer than that of mechanical load. By the use of the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method and measured temperature data, this paper cal-culates the accurate distribution of temperature field and thermal stress field. The numerical results could be useful for the operation and safety of slag drum, and also can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the structur-al strength assessment and optimization design.
