摘 要:以自行设计的形状记忆合金(SMA)整星隔振器为例,针对卫星发射主动段,首次搭建了功率流测量试验平台,采用直接功率流测量法成功采集到力和响应加速度信号,并计算和比较了两种工装下卫星的传递功率流特性。然后,定义了功率流传递率,并与隔振传递率进行比较,显示了功率流传递率作为评价指标的优越性。最后,通过功率流传递率分析了SMA整星隔振系统的能量传递机理,定量评价了SMA隔振器的隔振性能。结果表明:功率流传递率作为评估指标可以更好地在频域定量评价整星隔振器的隔振性能,有利于航空航天领域中隔振系统的设计。The self-designed shape memory alloys (SMA) whole-spacecraft vibration isolator is pro-posed to build a power flow test platform for the active section of satellite launch. Both the force and re-sponse acceleration signals are successfully collected by direct power flow measurement,and then the vi-bration power flow characteristics are calculated and compared in the different conditions. After that the power flow transmission ratio is defined and compared with the vibration transmissibility, which shows the superiority of the power flow transfer rate as the evaluation index. Finally,the energy transfer mech-anism of whole-spacecraft vibration system is analyzed by the power flow transmission ratio and the vi-bration isolation performance of SMA vibration isolator is evaluated quantitatively. Results show that the power flow transmission as an evaluation index can better quantitatively evaluate the whole-spacecraft vi-bration isolation performance,which is beneficial to the design of vibration isolation system in aerospace field.
