摘 要:随着人们对抗生素广泛使用,抗生素治疗和控制细菌感染的同时,在临床上也出现了大量的耐药菌。益生菌对人类健康具有重要意义,不仅可以减少抗生素的使用,降低由抗生素治疗引起的相关疾病发生,益生菌还可减少抗生素耐药性的传播。呼吸道疾病中微生物群的研究仍是个相对未知的领域,益生菌如何抗呼吸道感染,如何筛选、确定何种呼吸道共生菌为呼吸道益生菌仍是一个难题。充分了解健康人群呼吸道口咽定植菌群构成、认识呼吸道关键菌群成员,并有效筛选呼吸道益生菌,为呼吸道益生菌制剂开发提供了研究基础。开展益生菌研究的目标是恢复被抗生素破坏或改变了的菌群。With the widespread use of antibiotics to treat and control bacterial infections,a large number of clinical drugresistant bacteria have appeared. Probiotics are important for human health, not only can reduce the use of antibiotics, reduce the incidence of related diseases caused by antibiotic treatment,but also can reduce the spread of antibiotic resistance. The study of microbial flora in respiratory diseases is still a relatively unknown area. And many mechanisms need to be further studied,such as how probiotics prevent respiratory tract infections,and how to screen and identify what kind of respiratory symbiotic bactoria are probiotics. Analysis of the composition of oropharyngeal bacteria in healthy people, identification of the key bacteria flora in respiratory tract, and screening of probiotics from respiratory tract effectively, provide the research foundation for the development of respiratory probiotics reagents. The goal of research on probiotics is to recovery bacteria flora destroyed or altered by antibiotics.
