摘　　要：多次激活旁通阀是指连接在钻柱某一位置、可多次改变井下流体流动方向的工具。介绍了M-I SWACO投球式多次激活旁通阀的工作原理、技术优势和操作流程。通过在番禺油田大位移井中的应用表明:该阀可实现不起钻堵漏;保护下方的MWD、LWD等流体敏感性工具不受流体排量和性质的影响;清除大位移井岩屑床,清洁井眼。并对投球式多次激活旁通阀的局限性进行了分析,提出了几点旁通阀的发展建议。Multiple activation bypass valve is a downhole tool which is installed at a specific location of drill string and could change the fluid channel.The technical advantages,working principle and operation procedure of M-I SWACO multiple ball activation bypass valve are introduced in this paper.Field application have been conducted successfully in Panyu oilfield Extended Reach Wells(ERWs),the potential benefits of multiple activation bypass valve were elaborated.Plugging while drilling without pull Bottom Hole Assembly(BHA)out of the hole,protect the Measurement While Drilling(MWD),Logging While Drilling(LWD)and other fluid sensitivity tools were not damaged by high flow rate or hazardous fluid,reduce the cutting bed in ERWs' long hold section and keep the hole cleaning.Furthermore,the limitation of multiple ball activation bypass valve were summarized and several future development suggestions were put forward for applying the multiple activation bypass valve in oilfields.
