摘 要:以乙烯基三氯硅烷和丙酮为原料、氯化亚铜为催化剂、三丙胺为缚酸剂、丙酮为溶剂合成乙烯基三异丙烯氧基硅烷。通过对催化剂、缚酸剂的类型及用量、反应温度等进行系统优化与结构表征,研究了反应时间、加料速度、温度、溶剂以及反应物料配比等因素对反应收率的影响。较佳工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间12 h,氯化亚铜用量为乙烯基三氯硅烷质量的1.5%,乙烯基三氯硅烷与缚酸剂三丙胺的量之比为1∶3.6,所得产物收率为62%。Vinyltriisopropenoxysilane ( VIPS) was prepared with vinyltrichlorosilane and acetone as the raw materials,cuprous chloride as the catalyst,tripropylamine as the acid-binding agent,and acetone as the solvent. The type and content of catalysts and acid-binding agents and reaction temperature were optimized and their structural characterizations were analyzed,and the effects of reaction time,feeding speed,temperature, solvent and the materials ratio on the reaction yield were investigated. Results showed that the target product yield was up to 62% when CuCl was 1.5% of vinyltrichlorosilane ( mass percent) and the molar ratio of vinyl-trichlorosilane and tripropylamine was equal to 1: 3 .6 , the reaction temperature and reaction time are 50% and 12h respectively.
