氢氧化铝处理工艺对混炼胶性能的影响

摘  要:以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基胶,白炭黑为补强填料,氢氧化铝为阻燃填料,制得复合绝缘子用混炼硅橡胶。探讨了氢氧化铝处理工艺对混炼胶性能的影响。结果表明,混炼胶的工艺性能和物理性能都随氢氧化铝处理程度的提高呈抛物线式提高。在氢氧化铝的处理程度从零提高至中等的过程中,混炼胶性能提高非常明显;而在氢氧化铝的处理程度从中等提高至高等的过程中,混炼胶性能提高幅度较小。综合考虑可操作性、生产成本和混炼胶各项性能,采用高速混合机对氢氧化铝进行处理的工艺较优。The mixed silicone rubber for composite insulator was prepared with methyl vinyl silicone rub-ber as the base rubber,fumed silica for the reinforcing filler and aluminium hydroxide for the antiflaming fill-er. The effect of different treatments of aluminum hydroxide on the property of the mixed silicone rubber was studied. Result show that the process and physical properties of the rubber has a parabolic increase with the increase of the treatment of aluminum hydroxide. In the treatment of aluminum hydroxide, which increases from none to medium,the property of mixed silicone rubber increases substantially. In the treatment of alumi-num hydroxide,it increases from medium to high level,the property of the mixed silicone rubber increases just a little. Through the comprehensive consideration of the production operability,cost and the properties of the mixed silicone rubber,it is considered that the high speed mixer is better for the treatment of aluminum hy-droxide.
