摘  要:采用可逆加成-断裂链转移技术结合分子印迹沉淀聚合法,以杀虫脒(CD)为模板分子,二苄基三硫代碳酸酯(DBTTC)为试剂,制备CD印迹聚合物(R-MIP)。考察了溶剂及单体与偶氮二异丁腈和DBTTC的比例对聚合物形貌的影响,并对其吸附性能进行了研究。结果表明:条件优化后制备的R-MIP微球粒径均一,分散性好,对目标分子有良好的特异识别性,且吸附量高于传统法;将其作为固相萃取填料,结合高效液相色谱法对蜂蜜中CD进行分离,富集,检测,加标回收率为88.3%~99.2%,相对标准偏差小于4.7%,测定下限为0.37μg/kg。The chlordimeform(CD)molecularly imprinted polymers(R-MIP)were synthesized via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)and molecularly imprinting precipitation polymerization, with CD as template molecule and dibenzyltrithiocarbonate(DBTTC)as solvent. The influences of the solvent and the ratio of monomer/azobisisobutyronitrile/DBTTC on the morphology of the polymer were observed. The adsorption properties of the polymer were studied as well. The results indicate that R-MIP microspheres synthesized under the optimized conditions have uniform particle size, good dispersibility and specific recognition selectivity to target molecules, whose adsorption is higher than that of traditional method. The polymer is used as solid phase extraction material for separation, enrichment, and detection of CD in honey coupled with high performance liquid chromatography. The recoveries of the method ranges from 88.3% to 99.2%, with relative standard deviation less than 4.7%. The lower limit of detection is 0.37 μg/kg.
