摘  要:以废旧超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维为增强材料,制备了聚氨酯(PU)/UHMWPE复合材料,并采用电子万能拉力试验机、抗冲击强度测定仪、热线法快速热导仪等研究了硅烷偶联剂KH550及其用量、UHMWPE纤维用量对PU/UHMWPE复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:UHMWPE纤维质量分数为3%,KH550质量分数为5.0%时,制备的PU/UHMWPE复合材料的综合性能较为优异,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和悬臂梁缺口冲击强度分别为17.0 MPa,35.8%,11.8 MPa,导热系数为0.023 W/(m·K)。The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber waste was used as reinforcing material to prepare polyurethane(PU)/UHMWPE composites. The impacts of the feedstock of silane coupling agent KH550 and UHMWPE fiber on the properties of the composites were investigated by use of the electronic universal tensile testing machine,impact strength tester and hot wire rapid thermal conductivity instrument. The results show that when the mass fraction of KH550 and UHMWPE fiber are 5.0% and 3%,the properties of the composites are excellent,the tensile strength,elongation at break,notched Izod impact strength and thermal conductivity of the composites are 17.0 MPa, 35.8%, 11.8 MPa and 0.023 W/(m·k)respectively.
