摘  要:采用差示扫描量热法研究了3种管材专用聚1-丁烯(PB)的非等温结晶动力学行为,并通过模型对PB的非等温结晶过程进行处理,获得Avrami指数、结晶速率常数以及PB的半结晶时间(t_(1/2))。结果表明:降温速率越慢,结晶峰越向高温部分偏移;牌号为4268的PB结晶速率较其他两个试样快,t_(1/2)短,其长期性能最好,且3种管材专用PB的结晶增长方式均为空间受限的三维增长。The non-isothermal crystallization kinetic behavior of three poly(1-butene)(PB)specialty resins for tubes were observed by differential scanning calorimetry. The non-isothermal crystallization processes of PB were studied by model to obtain the Avrami index,the crystallization rate constant,and the semi-crystallization time(t1/2)of the resins. The results show that the slower cooling rate helps the crystallization peak shift toward the high temperature part. The crystallization rate of PB 4268 is faster than that of the other two samples,which represents the shorter t1/2 and the optimal long-term performance. The growth pattern of three pipe specialty resins is space-limited three-dimensional.
