摘  要:多彩粒子的形状是决定水包水多彩涂料仿石仿真度的关键。研究了市面上常见的Laponite S-482保护胶体系的水包水多彩涂料粒子形状的调控方法,试验表明:通过调整分散相体系中非离子润湿剂的用量、金属阳离子浓度和聚氨酯增稠剂的用量可快速有效地调整多彩涂料的粒子形状。避免了需要设计多个配方来满足不同粒子形状要求的难题,既经济又快捷。For water-in-water multicolour coatings,the colour particle shape is the key factor that makes the multicolour coatings looks like natural stone. The adjustment and controlling methods of the particle shape of Laponite S-482 water-in-water multicolour coatings commonly used in the market was studied. The experiments showed that changing nonionic wetting agent amount and metal cations concentration,and polyurethane thickener amount could effectively and rapidly adjust the particle shape. That could avoid the problem of designing many recipe to meet the requirements of different particle shape. This was economic and fast way.
