摘　　要：根据铁路车辆海洋运输防护特点,研制了一种高固体分可剥离防护涂料,确定了其材料组成和配方比例,并对其进行了盐雾试验和实际应用。该涂料在铁路车辆上的应用,可提高铁路车辆海洋运输的防护能力,有效保证出口产品的外观质量和整体质量。According to the characteristics of marine transportation protection of railway vehicles,a kind of high solids strippable protective coatings was developmented. The composition and ratio of the formulation were determined. Its salt spray test and practical application were carried out. The application of the strippable protective coatings for railway vehicles could not only improve the protection of vehicles in marine transportation but also guarantee the appearance and overall quality of the export products.
