摘　　要：社会的迅速发展离不开人才的支持,随着经济的发展,国家以及广大人民群众都越来越认识到人才的重要性,因此对于教育方面的投入也是越来越大。教育行业不同于其他行业,主要以培养人才提高国人素质为主,各方面都应该重视起来,同时还要提高教育行政管理的质量和效率。论文从教育行政管理的对象出发,简单分析了教育行政管理的现状,并提出了相应的优化措施,希望能够为我国的教育事业做出相应的贡献。The rapid development of society can not do without the support of talent,with the development of economy,the state and the broad masses of the people are increasingly aware of the importance of talent,so the investment in education is also growing.Education industry is different from other industries,it mainly trains talents,improves the quality of the people,should be paid attention to in all aspects,but also improve the quality and efficiency of education administration.Starting from the object of educational administration,this paper briefly analyzes the current situation of educational administration,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures,hoping to contribute to the education of China.
