初级篮球裁判员心理压力产生的原因调查与对策分析——以常州工程职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：篮球裁判员的临场心理素质培养主要是从加强业务学习、要有充分的自信心、要有意识地进行心理调节、开好准备会和重视赛后小结以及教师科学疏导等方面进行,进而使得篮球裁判员的心理素质水平提升。论文以常州工程职业技术学院初级篮球裁判员为研究对象,对篮球裁判员具体执裁工作中影响心理稳定的各种因素进行总结和分析,进而提出了相关的改善策略,以期全面提升篮球裁判员的心理素质。The cultivation of basketball referees' psychological quality is mainly from the aspects of strengthening business learning,having full confidence,having a sense of psychological adjustment,having a ready meeting,attaching importance to post-match summary and teachers' scientific counseling and other aspects,and it improves the psychological quality level of basketball referee.This paper takes junior basketball referees of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering as the research object,summarizes and analyzes the factors influencing the psychological steady of basketball referee in working,and puts forward some improvement strategies,in order to enhance the psychological quality of the basketball referees.
