清热润燥口服液对BALB/c小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究清热润燥口服液对BALB/c小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法经不同剂量的清热润燥口服液干预后,测定各组试验小鼠血清中的碳颗粒消除的速度来评价网状内皮系统的吞噬能力,小鼠网状内皮质系统吞噬功能作用;通过血清对异源绵羊红细胞的破坏作用(半数溶血,HC_(50))来检测药物对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响;应用ANAE染色法计数各组小鼠的T淋巴细胞比率,观察药物对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响.结果清热润燥口服液3.90,9.75和19.50 mL/kg 3个剂量组均能明显增强试验小鼠的网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);9.75和19.50 mL/kg的清热润肺口服液能明显升高HC_(50),与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);9.75和19.50 mL/kg的清热润肺口服液组能明显增加试验小鼠的T淋巴细胞的比率,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论清热润燥口服液对正常小鼠的体液免疫、细胞免疫和网状内皮系统的吞噬功能均有明显增强作用.Objective To study the effect of ＂QingreRunzao Oral Liquid ＂ on the immune function of BALB /cmice. Methods After different doses of ＂QingreRunzao Oral Liquid ＂ intervention, we measured the serumelimination rate of carbon particles of mice in each group to evaluate phagocytic activity of the reticuloendothelialsystem,reticular cortex of mice phagocytic function of the system. Heterologous serum damaging effects of sheep redblood cells（hemolysis half,HC50 ） was performed to detect the effects of drugs on humoral immune function.ANAE staining was used to count T lymphocytes ratio of mice in each group, and observe the effect of drugs on theimmune function of mice. Results Low, middle and high dose group of QingreRunzao Oral Liquid couldsignificantly enhance the phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system test in mice. Middle and high dosegroup could significantly increaseT lymphocytes ratio of tested mice. Conclusion ＂QingreRunzao Oral Liquid ＂ cansignificantly improve the humoral immunity,cellular immunity and reticuloendothelial system of normal mice.
