摘　　要：根据《高等学校化学学报》分编辑部的工作实践,列举多个稿件初审实例。通过实例分析,对科技期刊青年编辑如何提升稿件初审质量做了梳理和归纳,旨在与科技期刊青年编辑探讨提高稿件初审质量的有效方法,为后续的稿件送审等工作打好基础,以点带面,促进编辑工作整体的高效运转,助力青年编辑自身成长。同时认为,青年编辑应发挥学习主动性,完善和更新知识架构,并注重初审工作的时效性。Starting from work practice of the Branch of Editorial Department of Chemical Journal of Chinese Universities,we present a number of examples of initial review of manuscripts.Through example analysis,this paper combs and generalizes how to improve the quality of initial review of manuscripts for young editors of scitech journals,in order to explore the effective methods of improving the initial review quality of manuscripts,lay the foundation for the follow-up work of manuscripts such as peer review,promote the efficiency of the overall editorial work,and boost the growth of young editors.Meanwhile,young editors should play a positive role in learning,improve and update knowledge architecture,and pay attention to the timeliness of the initial review.
