中文科技期刊专刊(专栏)出版的“优”与“忧”——以《应用生态学报》为例

摘　　要：专刊(专栏)出版是科技期刊扩充稿源、提升学术质量的重要途径。以《应用生态学报》纪念专刊、会议专刊和自主专刊出版为例,从选题策划与组稿策略、稿源、刊发周期、学术质量评价等方面分析3种不同类型选题专刊(专栏)出版的"优点"和"忧点"。认为:纪念专刊要抓住契机、会议专刊要慎重选择题目、自主专刊需注重审稿环节;期刊编辑部须根据刊物特点和选题类型,制订科学、周密的选题计划,以增强专刊(专栏)出版的效果,扩大期刊影响。Organizing special issues（ columns） is an important approach to increase the number of submissions and improve the quality of scientific journals.Illustrated by the example of editing three types of topics,i.e.commemorative activities,academic conferences and editors,self-selections for Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology,the topic planning and strategy of soliciting contributions,authors source,publication period,and academic quality evaluation are analyzed.The suggestions are proposed about seizing the opportunity for the commemorative activities topics,careful selection for academic conferences,and emphasis on peer review for editors ＇ self-selections.Editorial departments could make topic plans carefully and scientifically based on the characteristics of the journal and topic types to improve the effect of organizing special issues（ columns） and expand the academic influence of journals.（
