摘　　要：目的探究不同剂量的聚乙二醇电解质溶液在全结肠镜检查肠道准备中的效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月消化内科收治的进行结肠镜检查的患者共9 000例,随机分为A组、B组和C组各3 000例。A组患者服用2L聚乙二醇电解质溶液,B组服用3L聚乙二醇电解质溶液,C组服用4L聚乙二醇电解质溶液,比较3组患者肠道清洁质量、全结肠镜检查时间、息肉检出率、不良反应的发生率以及患者的耐受性和依从性。结果 3组患者肠道清洁质量评分及息肉检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义,A组患者不良反应的发生率低于B组和C组;A组患者的依从性和耐受性高于B组和C组。结论低剂量聚乙二醇电解质溶液不良反应的发生率较低,患者的依从性和耐受性好。Objective To explore the effect of different dosages of polyethylene glycol electrolyte solutions in intestinal preparation for total colonoscopy. Methods A total of 9 000 patients undergoing colonoscopy between January 2016 and January 2017 were randomly divided into group A, B and C, and took 2L, 3L and 4L polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution before the examination. The intestinal cleaning quality, total colonoscopy time, polyp and tumor detection rate, adverse reactions, as well as the tolerance and compliance of the patients were compared among the three groups. Results There were no significant differences in the intestinal cleaning quality score and the detection rate of polyps among the three groups. The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and C. The compliance and tolerance of group A were significantly higher than those of group B and group C. Conclusion 2L polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution has better intestinal preparation effect than 3L or 4L polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution, with lower rate of adverse reactions and better compliance and tolerance of patients.
