摘 要:目的了解某三级医院临床护理人员感知的工作环境现状并探讨其影响因素,为提升护理人员感知的工作环境提供干预依据。方法采用护士工作环境感知量表对某三级医院385名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果护理人员感知的工作环境总体得分为(3.12±0.71)分,其中"质量改善"得分最高为(4.04±0.92)分;"民主运营和成长的机会"得分最低为(2.80±0.96)分。回归分析显示,身体状况是护理人员感知工作环境的预测因素。结论医院应关注护理人员身体状况,制订促进健康的干预措施,构建良好的工作环境,提升护理品质。Objective To explore nursesr perceptive work environment and its influencing factors in a general tertiary hospital, so as to provide the basis for promotion. Methods Totally 385 nurses were investigated using the practice environment scale of the nursing work perception. Results The total score of nurse perception work environment was 3. 12 ±0. 71, with the highest score in terms of " The improvement of the quality" 4. 04 ± 0. 92 and the lowest score in "Democratic operation and opportunities for growth" 2.80±0.96. The regression analysis showed that physical condition was the predictive factor of nursesr perceptive work environment. Conclusion The hospital should pay attention to nurses' physical condition and take measures to promote their health, so as to construct good working environment and promote nursing quality.
