摘 要:以柠条固体燃料为研究对象,分析颗粒度、温度、压力、含水率对柠条固体燃料压缩过程中蠕变特性的影响,认为柠条压缩符合开尔文模型,计算出柠条压紧和密实阶段的蠕变柔度,并分析各因素对成型效果的影响机理。结果显示,在成型压紧阶段,颗粒度的减小、含水率的增大(≤14%)、温度的升高会降低蠕变柔度,利于柠条的压缩,但蠕变柔度几乎不受压应力影响。研究结果为柠条压缩成型加工相关设备的设计及工艺提供理论依据。It takes solid fuel made from Caragana Korshinshii for the study and analyzed the effects of granularity, temperature, pres- sure, moisture content on creep properties in the process of solid fuel compression. It is considered that the compression of Caragana Korshinskii conforms to the Kelvin model, and calculated the creep compliance of Caragana Korshinshii in compaction and dense phase, and analyzed the effects of various factors on the forming mechanism. The results showed that in the forming pressure stage, the decrease of granularity, the increase of moisture content (14% or less), a rise in temperature reduced the creep compliance, con- ducive to the compression of Caragana Korshinshii, but creep compliance was hardly unaffected by compressive stress. The results of Caragana Korshinshii compression forming provided theoretical basis for the design of the related equipment and process.
