摘 要:基于ANSYS有限元软件,以侧向负载疲劳试验和扭转疲劳试验为依据,通过W15Lx34型可调偏距式拖拉机车轮结构分析,阐明拖拉机车轮弹塑性有限元分析与局部应力应变法预测寿命的过程方法。研究表明,车轮安装偏距对疲劳寿命有负相关性,疲劳寿命随偏距增大而缩短。在常用偏距下,示例车轮疲劳寿命安全系数偏低。给出两种改进方案,并且综合四种偏距按疲劳积累理论计算疲劳寿命,结果显示:两种改进方案的常用偏距和综合偏距疲劳寿命有明显提升。Using ANSYS finite element software analyzed the wheels' structure with W15Lx34 adjustable-offset tractor, though the basis of lateral load fatigue test and torsion fatigue test. This paper expounded the analytical method of Elasto-plastic FEM and local stress-strain for tractor wheel. The results indicated that the wheels' offset showed a negative correlation with the fatigue life, the fa- tigue life decreased along with the increase of wheel's offset, the fatigue life safety factor was insufficient in common offset state, and then two improvement schemes were provided. And using the fatigue accumulation theory calculated the fatigue life with four offset distances. This paper predicted fatigue life for the wheel in consideration of four offset, the results showed that both of the fatigue life obviously increased for the common offset and the comprehensive offset states.
