我国农机合作社的制度变迁分析

摘　　要：农机合作社是在特定的经济和社会环境中出现的,其发展中制度环境是非常重要的。从制度经济学的角度出发,按照计划经济时期、转型时期和市场经济时期三个阶段,总结并分析我国农机合作社的产权制度、分配制度和内部治理制度变迁过程,探讨制度变迁中的基本规律、主要特征和影响因素。Agricultural machinery cooperatives appear in specific economic and social environment, and the institutional environment is very important during their development. Changes of property rights system, allocation system, and internal governance system were summarized and analyzed, based on the planned economy period, the transition period, and the market economy period. Thus, basic rules, main characteristics, and influencing factors of institutional changes were discussed.
