摘 要:为研究微波辐射对湿态蚕丝织物物理性能、化学结构、表面形态结构及微结构的影响,采用不同的微波辐射功率和辐射时间对湿态蚕丝织物进行处理。应用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪、万能材料试验机及智能式数字白度仪分析了微波辐射对湿态蚕丝织物结构与性能的影响。研究结果表明,微波辐射功率和辐射时间对湿态蚕丝织物的力学性能、表面形态结构及微结构产生一定程度的影响,对蚕丝纤维化学结构的影响不大。To investigate the effect of microwave structure, surface morphological structure and fine rradiation on the physical property, chemical structure of humid silk fabric, humid silk fabrics were treated with microwave under different irradiation power and irradiation time. The structures and properties of the humid silk fabrics were investigated with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimete, X-ray diffraction. universal material testing machine and intelligent digital whiteness meter, The results showed that the microwave irradiation power and irradiation time had a certain degree of impact on the mechanical properties, the surface morphological structure and the fine structure of humid silk fabrics, but had little effect on the chemical structure of silk fiber.
