摘  要:高后果区识别是管道完整性管理的重要环节。对比分析国内外天然气管道高后果区识别方法,将高后果区分为人口密集区、重要设施区、环境敏感区三类,优化并规范识别管理流程,提出分级管理对策方案。用该方法对榆济管道山西段进行高后果区识别,并对改线管道设计期进行高后果区识别,优化路由选择。Identification of high consequence areas plays an important part in pipeline integrity management. Domestic and foreign methods for identification of HCAs of gas pipeline were analyzed and compared. HCAs were divided into populated areas, infrastructure areas and environmentally sensitive areas. The identification management process was optimized and standardized. Hierarchical management for HCAs was proposed as well. The method was applied to identify high consequence areas of Yulin-Jinan gas pipeline, in order to optimize the route of the pipeline.
