摘　　要：炼厂蒸汽是影响全厂能耗的重要因素,大型炼厂蒸汽消耗巨大,是节能降耗工作的重点。针对炼厂雨天蒸汽用量增加的情况,对蒸汽管网长度、晴雨天蒸汽用量情况及管网散热情况进行了汇总分析;得出雨天蒸汽消耗增加的原因;提出了三方面的优化建议,指导炼油企业提高蒸汽管网运行水平。Steam is an important factor affecting the energy consumption of refinery, refinery＆#39;s steam consumption is huge, is the focus of energy saving. In the light of the increase of refinery＆#39;s steam consumption in rainy days, the length of steam pipe network, amount of steam consumption in rainy days and sunny days, heat dissipation of the pipe network were summarized and analyzed. The reasons causing the increase of steam consumption in rainy days were determined. Three optimization suggestions were put forward to improve the operation level of steam pipeline network in refining enterprises.
