摘  要:对Fe-Ti-N-C-O系热力学计算和分析表明,钒钛铁精矿盐酸浸出渣采用碳热还原工艺制备TiCN在热力学上是可行的。通过XRD对还原产物进行物相分析和计算,探索了配碳量、还原温度和还原时间对还原过程和还原产物中TiC_(1-x)N_x的C/N的影响,试验结果表明:随着还原温度的升高、还原时间的延长和配碳量的增加,还原产物中TiC_(1-x)N_x的C/N值有下降趋势。在配碳量为1.6,还原温度1500℃,还原时间30,min时,还原产物TiC_(1-x)N_x的x值为0.775,C/N=0.29。The thermodynamic calculation and analysis of Fe -Ti -N-C -O System show that it is thermodynamically feasible to prepare TiCN composite powder using hydrochloric acid leaching residue of titanomagnetite concentrate by carbothermal reduction method. The influences of reduction temperature, reduction time and carbon content on the reaction process and the C/N ratio of TiC1-x Nx in reduction products was mainly investigated, and phase evolution of reduction products was analyzed and calculated using X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that, with the reduction temperature, reduction time and the carbon content increasing,the C/N ratio of TiCM1-xNx in reduction products was gradually decreased. At reduction temperature of 1500 ℃ for 30 min with 1. 6 carbon content, the TiCl1-xNx can be obtained with 0.29 of C/N ratio and x =0. 775.
