摘 要:电液伺服控制器是风机轴系疲劳实验和动静载实验测试台的重要组成部分。设计了一种基于C8051F060的电液伺服控制器。给出了该控制器的系统结构设计方案,并详细介绍了控制器的硬件设计和软件设计。对常规PID算法和前馈PID控制算法进行了对比分析与研究,并在MATLAB环境下分别对其进行仿真,验证了前馈PID控制的良好动态跟踪性能。最后在实验测试台上测试性能,实验结果表明:该控制器与传统的控制器相比,具有结构简单,控制精度高、控制平稳,动态跟踪性能好等优点,能够满足设计要求。The electro-hydranlic servo controller is an important part of the test-bed for the fan shaft fatigue test, static and dynamic load experiment. A kind of electro-hydraulic servo controller based on C8051F060 is designed. The design scheme of the system configuration for the controller was presented first, then the design of hardware and software for the controller was introduced in detail. The conventional proportion integration differential (PID) algorithm and feedforward PID control algorithm was analyzed with comparsion and studied, and a simulation experiment was carried out under the MATLAB, which verified good dynamic tracking performance of the controller. Finally performance test was done on the experimental test-bed. The experimental results show that the controller has the advantages of simple Structure, high control accuracy, stable control, and good dynamic tracking performance as compared with the traditional one, and can meet the design requirements.
