摘  要:介绍了某型液体火箭发动机用直动式电磁阀的结构和工作原理,建立了基于Ansoft的电磁场仿真模型和基于AMESim的电磁阀系统仿真模型。通过把电磁场仿真结果导入AMESim系统仿真模型中,实现了电磁、机械和液压系统之间的耦合求解。经电磁阀动态特性试验结果验证表明,建立的仿真模型能够准确地计算电磁阀的动态特性。The mechanical configuration and work principle of the direct-acting solenoid valve used in one liquid fuel rocket engine are described. The magnetic field simulation model of the solenoid valve based on Ansoft and the entire simulation model of the solenoid valve system based on AMESim were built. The simulation result of the Ansoft solenoid model was made use of in building the AMESim solenoid valve model. The couple simulation of electromagnetic circuit, mechanical components and hydraulic system was realized. An experiment on the dynamic characteristics of solenoid valve was conducted, which verify the established simulation model can accurately calculate the characteristics of valve.
