摘 要:目的建立土壤中联苯菊酯、氯菊酯、毒死蜱、吡虫啉的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法使用ODSC18色谱柱和可变紫外光检测器,以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比70∶21∶9)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,在220 nm波长下,对土壤中联苯菊酯、氯菊酯、毒死蜱、吡虫啉进行定量分析。结果 4种农药在5~100 mg/L范围内线性相关系数≥0.999 7,检出限为0.04~0.60 mg/L;添加水平在5~50 mg/kg范围内,平均回收率为89%~102%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~4.1%。结论该方法具有快速、简便、精确度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。Objective To establish high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of permethrin,cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos and imidacloprid. Methods Quantitative analysis of the active ingredient was conducted using a ODS-C18 chromatographic column,a variable wavelength UV detector at UV 220 nm,methanol-acetonitrile-water = 70 ∶ 21 ∶ 9(by vol) as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min. Results The developed method was linear over the range assayed(5-50 mg/L),with determination coefficients≥0. 999 7 and the limits of detection between 0. 04 and 0. 60 mg/L. The recoveries for all the pesticides studied were from 89% to 102%with relative standard deviation(RSD) from 2. 1% to 4. 1% in the concentration range of 5-50 mg/kg.Conclusion This method was an ideal method of analysis with the advantages of fast,simple,high accuracy,high accuracy and good linearity.
