摘　　要：胸外科手术是治疗食管、肺、纵膈、胸壁、胸膜等脏器疾病的重要手段之一,不可避免导致各种肺部并发症,其中以术后顽固性咳嗽较为常见。陈宪海教授将其归为"风咳"、"瘀咳"范畴,临床治疗以"祛风活血"为原则,同时兼顾调理脾肾,用药轻灵,效果显著。Thoracic surgery as an important means of treatment of lung cancer, mediastinum and chest wall, inevitably lead to a variety of pulmonary complications. Among them, airway hyperresponsiveness cough was more common. Professor Chen said we can comprehend it from the aspects of ＂Feng Ke＂, ＂ Yu Ke＂, ＂ Qufeng Huoxue＂ as the main therapeutic principles. Meanwhile, we should pay more attention to spleen and stomach, so that we can obtain good therapeutic effect.
