摘　　要：国际化是再保险的重要特征之一。通过国际化运作,再保险在不同国家和地区保险公司之间进行风险分散。动态能力是企业整合内外部资源以应对环境变化的能力,其微观基础是竞争位势、路径和流程。动态能力是企业重塑核心能力的能力。通过研究探讨中国再保险企业国际竞争动态能力的理论,分析国际领先再保险企业的动态能力优势,识别目前中国再保险企业动态能力存在的问题,提出对中国再保险企业增强国际竞争动态能力的建议。Internationalization is one of the important characteristics of reinsurance. Through the international operation,reinsurance in different countries and regions ensure the insurance company for risk diversification.Dynamic capability is the ability to integrate internal and external resources to cope with environmental change. Its micro foundation is position,path and process. Dynamic capability is the ability to reshape core competencies.Based on the study of the theory of international competitiveness of Chinese reinsurance companies,This paper provides an analysis of the dynamic capabilities of international leading reinsurance companies,identification of the problems existing in the dynamic capabilities of Chinese reinsurance companies,and suggestions on how to strengthen the dynamic capability of international competition of Chinese reinsurance enterprises. The deep learning and advocacy of dynamic capabilities theory is of great theoretical and practical significance for the development of China ＇s insurance industry. The suggestion of Chinese reinsurance enterprises to enhance the dynamic capability of international competition is： Firstly,excellent competitive position; secondly,reliable optimization path; and thirdly,an efficient execution process.
