摘 要:近年来,火电机组在运期间汽轮机隔板中分面裂纹较为普遍,给汽轮机组安全稳定运行带来较大危害。为充分检测中分面缺陷,探索最佳检测效果,利用机组检修机会,分别采用渗透检测、超声波检测、磁粉检测方法对隔板中分面进行检测,并对其检测效果进行比较、评价。结果表明:磁粉检测方法在缺陷检出率、检测灵敏度、检测效率等方面具有明显优势。针对裂纹缺陷,提出处理措施,并建议电厂管理人员引起足够重视,彻底消除隔板中分面缺陷,保证机组安全稳定运行。In recent years, the frictional cracks in the steam turbine separator are more common during the transportation of the thermal power units, which brings great harm to the safe and stable operation of the steam turbine. In order to fully detect the middle surface defects, to explore the best detection results, the use of unit inspection opportunities, respectively, using penetration testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle detection method to detect the separation of the partition, and its detection results were compared and evaluated. The results show that the magnetic particle detection method has obvious advantages in defect detection rate, detection sensitivity and detection efficiency, and is the recommended detection method. In view of the crack defects, put forward the treatment measures, and suggested that the power plant management personnel to pay enough attention to completely eliminate the partition in the face defects to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
