摘　　要：本文阐述了我公司生产的新型高压加热器与传统高压加热器于结构上的区别,在生产过程中使用的焊接工艺,零件加工过程中遇到的难点及使用的工具工装,产品的工艺流程。对制约高压加热器产品质量的关键工序及采取的工艺措施进行了介绍。It is expounded in this article I company produces the new type of high pressure high pres- sure of traditional high pressure heater, used in the production process of welding process, parts pro- cessing difficulty and the tooling and process flow of the product. For the key working procedure to high pressure heater product quality and the measures are introduced.
