农村中老年人健康投资对健康状况的影响研究——基于陕西省的调查发现

摘　　要：健康投资作为一种预防疾病的手段对健康状况的改善起着重要作用。本文利用陕西省2014年"人口健康状况和需求"专项调查数据,定量分析了农村中老年人的健康投资现状及其对健康状况的影响。研究发现农村中老年人的健康投资存在个体差异和地区差异,健康投资对农村中老年人的生理健康或者心理健康有显著的正向影响;性别、年龄、所处地区等因素对农村中老年人的健康状况也有显著影响。As a mean of preventing disease, health investment plays an important role in improving the health condition. Using the data of ＂Population Health and Needs＂ in Shaanxi Province 2014, the paper describes the health condition of investment of rural middle aged and elderly, then quantitatively analyzes the impact between health investment and health status of the middle aged and elderly in rural area of Shaanxi Province. We found that there are individual differences in health investment in some aspects. Health investment has a significant positive impact on the physical health or psychological of the middle aged and elderly; Gender, age, level of education, the district also have significant influence on the health condition . Male elderly, those with older age and lived in Shaanbei district have higher risk of better health status The results provide theoretical basis for the government to formulate relevant policies to improve the health status of the rural middle aged and elderly.
