关于我国高校工会改革路径的思考——基于H大学的调查分析

摘　　要：在当前中国工会新一轮改革探索的背景下,基于问题导向试图通过对H大学工会的实证调查,了解教职工对工会实际工作的感知、评价和诉求,发现高校工会存在的问题,从而就高校工会的改革路径做出探讨。调查发现,高校工会实际工作与组织的基本职能履行、与教师对组织履职的期待均存在较大偏差;工会工作的作用不显著、工作价值缺乏会员赞同;教职工自愿入会意愿低、对工会的组织认同感较低,等等。因此,高校工会改革应落脚于学校二级工会的建设,通过强化院系工会的工作能效,并以教职工需求为导向构建起面向教职工自下而上的工作机制,促使工会组织回归群众组织的本位,履行好群众组织的职能。Chinese trade union has experienced three major reforms and new round of reform is going on. To this context, this is a research inquiring intothe faculty and staff fromH university and look into their feedbacks and demandson their trade unions. This research presents a result showing that most teachers are not aware of the values and functions of the trade unionin universities. Based on this result, the paper also aims to explore the factorsrestricting the role of the trade union in universities , and further explores the reform path guided by the demands offaculty and staff.
