摘  要:西藏甲玛铜矿膏体充填料浆输送流量大,要求充填料浆具有良好的输送性能。通过对甲玛铜矿尾砂物化性质的研究以及对膏体充填料浆流变性能的测定,揭示了灰砂比、粉煤灰添加量、质量浓度3个因素对料浆流变性能的影响。得出实验结论:尾砂的密度为2.43 t/m3、松散容重为16.24 k N/m3、密实容重为19.43 k N/m3;尾砂粒度级配良好、化学性质稳定、沉降特性良好。在灰砂比、粉煤灰添加量、质量浓度3因素中,质量浓度为影响膏体充填料浆流变性能的主要因素。膏体充填料浆的屈服应力和黏度随质量浓度的增加而急剧上升,随灰砂比的增加而缓慢上升,受粉煤灰添加量的影响较小。The large flow capacity of paste filling slurry in Tibet Jiama copper mine requires higher slurry flow ability.Research on the physico-chemical property of unclassified tailings from Tibet Jiama copper mine,and the measurement of rheological properties of the paste slurry indicated the influence of cement-sand ratio,dosage of fly ash and mass concentration on slurry's rheological properties.The conclusions were described as follows: the specific gravity of tailings is 2. 43 t/m3; the loosen bulk density of tailings is 16.24 k N/m3; the compacted density of tailings is 19.43 k N/m3.The particle size distribution of tailings is good,and its chemical property is stable,and the settling characteristics of tailings are good. Mass concentration proves to be the most influential factor on slurry rheology among the three factors mentioned above.The yield stress and viscosity of the paste slurry raised rapidly as the mass concentration increased,raised slowly as the cement-sand ratio uplift,but are almost insensible with the variation of dosage of fly ash.
