摘　　要：随着全球化时代的到来,少数民族传统艺术传承者面临着日益严峻的生存环境,亟待通过知识产权保护的方式来保护自身利益。我国《著作权法》主要是对艺术、舞蹈、文学书籍、音乐作品等相关作品权利保护的法律,在保护少数民族传统艺术传承人的知识产权方面也发挥着作用。然而,由于少数民族传统艺术的特殊性,《著作权法》在保护少数民族传统艺术传承人的知识产权方面依然存在一些短缺,有待于进一步完善相关立法。With the arrival of the era of globalization and the impact of modern industrial civilization, traditional ethnic art inheritance is facing increasingly severe environment, need to protect their own interests through intellectual property rights protection way. ＂Copyright law＂ in our country is mainly to protect the rights of art, dance, literature books, music and other related works of law, it plays in the protection of ethnic traditional art heritage aspects of intellectual property rights function.However, due to the special nature of the traditional ethnic art, ＂copyright law＂, there are still some defects in the protection of ethnic traditional art heritage aspects of intellectual property rights, is conducive to further improve the relevant legislation.
