摘 要:以商洛黄芩幼苗为试材,研究不同浓度外源腐胺(0,0.005,0.01,0.015,0.02 mmol/L)对150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下黄芩根中活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,通过外施外源腐胺即灌根的方式,可增强盐胁迫下黄芩幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,促进可溶性蛋白含量的提高,减缓盐胁迫下黄芩幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量的积累,从而清除黄芩幼苗根中活性氧,增强根中活性氧的代谢,有利于植物的生长;其中,以浓度为0.01 mmol/L的外源腐胺对缓解黄芩幼苗根中的盐胁迫作用效果最为显著。The seedlings of Scutellaria baicalus were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different concentrations of exogenous putrescine(0,0.005,0.01,0.015,0.02 mmol/L) effect on active oxygen 150 mmol/L Na Cl under the stress of root metabolism in Scutellaria baicalensis.The results showed that root irrigation way of exogenous putrescine could enhance the superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)activity of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings under salt stress,increase the content of soluble protein,slow down the MDA content accumulation of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings under salt stress,thus to increase the concentration of active oxygen in the root of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings,enhance the active oxygen metabolism in root.Among them,the concentration of exogenous putrescine 0.01 mmol/L of Scutellaria baicalensis seedling roots to salt stress effect was the most significant.
