摘  要:试验旨在探讨不同基质对日本赤松和日本柳杉播种出苗与幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,日本赤松和日本柳杉在草炭、蛭石和珍珠岩3种混合基质即M1和M4处理出苗时间较早;草炭和蛭石2种混合基质即M3和M6处理的出苗较晚;草炭和珍珠岩2种混合基质即M2和M5处理的出苗介于二者之间。日本赤松各处理的出苗时间集中在26~30 d,最终出苗率处理M1,M2,M4,M5与处理M3,M6间差异显著;M1处理出苗率最高,为98.9%。日本柳杉各处理出苗时间集中在12~14 d,M1和M4处理基质与其他4种处理基质(M2,M3,M5和M6)间差异显著;日本柳杉在M4处理基质出苗率最好,为94.7%;M1处理基质次之,出苗率为92.5%。综合出苗率、成苗率和生长状况可知,日本赤松在M1基质和日本柳杉在M4基质的育苗效果优于其他基质。The effects of of different substrates on emergence and growth of Japanese Pinus densiflora and Japanese Cryptomeria fortunei seedlings are studied.The results show that the Japanese Pinus densiflora and Cryptomeria fortunei in peat,vermiculite and perlite mixture of 3 kinds of matrix M1 and M4 emergence time are earlier,peat and vermiculite mixture of 2 kinds of matrix M3 and M6 treatment is late emergence,peat and perlite mixture of 2 kinds of matrix M2 and M5 emergence somewhere are in the middle.The Cryptomeria fortunei seedling time concentrates in 26-30 d,the final germination rate of treatment M1,M2,M4,M5 and M3,M6 treatment have significant difference,M1 highest germination rate is 98.9%.The Japanese Cryptomeria fortunei emergence time concentrates in 12-14 d,M1 and M4 matrix and other 4 treatments(M2,M3,M5 and M6)have significant difference.The Japanese Cryptomeria fortunei in the M4 matrix the emergence rate of the best is 94.7%,M1 matrix is the second,the germination rate is 92.5%.Comprehensive germination rate,seedling rate and growth status,the nursery effect of Japanese Pinus densiflora in the M1 matrix and Japanese Cryptomeria fortunei in M4 matrix is better than other matrix.
