摘　　要：在分析了物流管理专业实践能力的构成之后,介绍了其培养路径,再以天津农学院物流管理专业为例,介绍了该专业现存问题,最后针对性的提出了天津农学院物流管理专业的核心实践能力体系并将其应用于实际之中。In this paper, after analyzing the composition of the practical competence of logistics management major students, we introduced their cultivation path, then in the case of the logistics management specialty of Tianjin Agricultural University, introduced the problems existing with it, and at the end, proposed correspondingly the core practical competence system of the specialty before applying it in practice.
